Privacy policy

This page explains what InstallLaunchpad GmbH ("we") does with data when you visit installlaunchpad.com, written to be read rather than scrolled past. Short version: we run an ad agency, not a data business, and this site collects close to nothing.

The contact form is a demonstration

When you press send on our contact form, your input is processed entirely inside your browser. It is not transmitted to a server, not written to a database, and not emailed anywhere; no copy reaches us. To actually contact us, email hello@installlaunchpad.comdirectly, and that message will be handled under this policy.

What gets collected automatically

Our hosting provider writes standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referrer, and timestamps, kept on the provider's rotation schedule and read by us only in aggregate. The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. If we adopt analytics, it will be aggregate, non-advertising measurement, and this page will say so first.

Email you send us

Processed to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), kept as long as the conversation or a legal retention duty requires, then deleted. We do not add you to lists you didn't ask for; the newsletter is opt-in by definition, since subscribing to it is an email you write yourself.

Sharing, or rather the absence of it

We sell no personal data. Technical data flows through the service providers who run our hosting and mail, under their processing agreements, and nothing else leaves except where German or EU law compels it. Links to external sites lead to other people's policies.

Your rights under the GDPR

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to legitimate-interest processing, and withdrawal of any consent: write to hello@installlaunchpad.com and we act within the statutory deadlines. You may also complain to a supervisory authority; for us that is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).

Children

This site markets B2B services and is not directed at anyone under 16. We knowingly hold no children's data; tell us if you believe otherwise and it will be deleted.
