These terms govern installlaunchpad.com, operated by InstallLaunchpad GmbH,Torstraße 140, 10119 Berlin, Germany. Using the site means accepting them.

1. Information, not advice

Guides, client stories, the Graveyard, and benchmark figures are general information for practitioners, accurate to their stated dates and sourced where numbers appear. Mobile ad platforms change constantly; verify anything material against the platform's current documentation before spending money on it. Nothing here is advice for your specific account.

2. Engagements start on signatures

Prices on the pricing page are indicative and confirmed only in a written proposal. No client relationship exists until both sides sign an agreement, and that agreement governs the engagement, not this page.

3. Intellectual property

Site text, illustrations, the published testing framework, and the InstallLaunchpad name and marks belong to InstallLaunchpad GmbH or its licensors. Quote with attribution and a link freely, and run our published methods in-house with our blessing. Republishing whole pages or scraping the site into commercial datasets requires written permission. Third-party platforms named here (Google, Apple, TikTok, Meta, and the rest) own their trademarks; naming them implies no endorsement either way.

4. Acceptable use

Don't probe, overload, or attack the site's infrastructure, don't use it to distribute malware, and don't impersonate us. We may restrict access to protect the site and its visitors.

5. Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent German law permits,InstallLaunchpad GmbH is not liable for damage arising from reliance on the site's content, including UA decisions made after reading our guides. Mandatory statutory liability, including for intent and gross negligence, remains untouched.

6. Changes, law, venue
